Giving the Gift of Hospice
Your Lower Cape Fear Hospice Foundation gifts stays close to home. You make a difference in your community. Chances are that your family or someone you know has already benefited from services provided by Lower Cape Fear Hospice. Give the gift of hospice forward so others may receive the same comfort and care.
Every dollar matters – all gifts are acknowledged.
Memorials are an important source of donations for Lower Cape Fear Hospice. They are important to our families as well. Every memorial donation given in memory of an individual goes toward their Tribute Tile.
Together we can make a meaningful difference.
Promise Partners/Monthly Giving Club
When you make a donation online and learn about the ways your gift impacts those who need us most, you have the opportunity to join our monthly giving club, called Promise Partners. It’s a simple, convenient, hassle-free way to give and 100% tax deductible.
Donors commit to a monthly gift – like $10, $25, or $50 – rather than making a gift in lump sum. It’s a gift that keeps giving, and it’s easy to budget. You give once, and we draft your card monthly for the specified amount. It’s safe and secure.
It’s not just a gift. It’s an opportunity to positively impact the lives of others.
Here’s the impact your monthly donation would have:
$10 a month = One day of hospice care for a patient
$25 a month = Provides three hours of counseling to a child, a teen or adult
$50 a month = Provides nearly a month’s supply of refreshments for families staying with a loved one at a hospice care center
$100 a month = One week of hospice care for a patient
Circles of Caring
The more you give, the more we can accomplish
As you reach each giving level in the Circle of Caring, you receive greater satisfaction from knowing you have helped more people on their end-of-life journey.
Someday, someone you love may need the special care provided by Lower Cape Fear Hospice. It is our honor and privilege to provide the special care we provide. We are committed to providing expert care to all who need it whenever they call for help, and wherever they call home. We rely on charitable dollars – gifts from people like you – to keep that commitment.
Please give the gift of hospice and join a Circle of Caring. Your tax-deductible donation in any amount helps ensure that we will be there when patients and families need us most. Your contribution allows us to continue offering hospice and palliative care, bereavement services to adults and children, community education and outreach, and volunteer services throughout our five county service region.
Donors are recognized annually by Circle of Caring level in the Lower Cape Fear Hospice Foundation’s newsletter, Beneficence. For more information contact the Development office at 910-796-7900.

Why Support Us?

Your support may be in the form of memorials, donations, estate gifts, or sponsoring events like the Festival of Flowers.
You can also support us by inviting us to speak to your church or civic group or through volunteering in a hospice care center, a patient’s home, or in our administrative offices.
