Dr. Berry received a medical degree from University of California, Irvine. He completed a residency and internship at the Kaiser Foundation in California in internal medicine. Dr. Berry is board certified in internal medicine.


Randy Blackburn, DO, MBA
Hospice and Palliative Care Physician/Onslow County
Dr. Blackburn received a medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine at Morgantown and earned a master of business administration degree in executive physicians healthcare from the University of Tennessee. He completed residencies in radiation medicine at the University of Iowa Hospital and the University of Kentucky; and a residency in anesthesia at Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital in Ohio. He is board certified in radiology, anesthesiology and pain management.

Michele Moran Clancy, MD
Hospice and Palliative Care Physician/New Hanover County
Dr. Clancy received her medical degree from University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center, Manila, Philippines. She completed her residency in internal medicine at New Rochelle Hospital Medical Center, NY. Dr. Clancy is board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine.

Dr. Garm received a medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia at Richmond and completed residencies in emergency medicine and psychiatry at the Wright State School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He is board certified in emergency medicine.


Radha Putcha, M.D.
Hospice and Palliative Care Physician/New Hanover and Pender counties
Dr. Putcha received her medical degree from Osmania Medical College, Hyderabad, India. She completed an internal medicine residency at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center. Dr. Putcha is board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine.

Dr. Sanders received his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City. He is board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative care medicine.


Rebecca Summerlin, MD
Hospice and Palliative Care Physician/Brunswick County
Dr. Summerlin received a medical degree from East Carolina University. She completed a residency in the Martin General Hospital Family Medicine Rural Residency Program and an internship in family medicine at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Dr. Summerlin is board certified in family medicine.

Dr. Sasser received his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Colorado in Denver. Dr. Sasser is board certified in internal medicine and hospice and palliative medicine.
