The heart of our organization, Hospice care helps families and their loved ones with life-limiting illnesses navigate and treasure the rest of their life's journey. Learn more
Palliative Care
This special care helps Hospice families and their loved ones with chronic, life-limiting illnesses ease pain and receive services and education they need. Learn more
Bereavement Counseling
One of the most important part of hospice services is bereavement counseling for families whose loved ones have received hospice care. This service reaches adults and children, and is one hundred percent funded by donor contributions, and helps hundreds of families continue their life journeys. Learn more
Volunteer
One of the most valuable gifts that someone can give to Hospice is the gift of time. Volunteers help with a number of services for patients and families, from making birthday cakes, to spending time with families, and helping with fundraising events that raise money to support Hospice services. Growth-Capital Campaign
Through the generous support of Lower Cape Fear Hospice & LifeCareCenter donors, we have constructed and opened care centers in Wilmington and Whiteville and a new counseling center in Wilmington.
